Stage 3 Land Cleared for Construction

There is a bit of a buzz around Cooloola Waters at the moment because of recent site works on Stage 3 of the Village.

After a couple of hard weeks of excavations and leveling, and now only subject to final Council Approval, we are please to advise new buyers that we are now ready to start pouring concrete slabs for the next 30 x new Duplex Villa Units.
