Stage 3B - 2024

As of April 1st, 2024, we're pleased to announce the completion of the first 10 villa-units from Stage 3A. Consequently, we have now initiated Stage 3B, with plans to construct an additional 10 villa-units.

Out of the initial 10 units from Stage 3A, which were introduced to the market on October 23rd. we're delighted to confirm the sale of 8 units. This leaves only 2 units available for sale from this batch, fully completed and ready for occupancy.

For potential buyers, Stage 3B is underway, and 4 of the next 10 villa-units are nearing construction. Notably, 2 units have already been sold, leaving 2 units available for purchase. These remaining units are expected to be finished within the next 30-45 days.
