STAGE 3c SELLS OUT BEFORE THE END OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR JUNE

ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL STAGE SELLS OUT IN 3 MONTHS

We are very happy to announce that the final stage in our current master planned RV Scheme (stage 3C) has now been 100% sold out 'off the plan' leaving only second-hand stock available to buyers and leaving us to ponder whether or not we can get secure some more vacant land in the local area to add yet more beautiful Cooloola Waters Styled villa units??

The weather has been very kind to our building crew, who have not missed a beat in the last 3 months, so much so they we are now about 80% > 90% completed with building works. We obviously must thank and pay homage to the local weather goods for their assistance while at the same welcoming10 x new sets of Residents into the Cooloola Waters Community who will no doubt enjoy the local amenities and perfect weather.

The latest group of newbies are from all over Australia, some from Victoria, same local and some from further north. Most will be settling into their new homes hopefully within the next few weeks and we look forward to getting the final set of our expanding gardens looking its very best in the new building areas, so we can then finalise the gate entry point and internal road connections as well as planting the new perimeter of box hedges, to add to the greenery factor in Lot 4.
